For over 15-years HappyMac has provided support for Macintosh and other IT needs to businesses in the greater Knoxville area.
Christopher Gray
Christopher has been providing Macintosh systems support since 1994. A Mac user since 1985, he has extensive experience in OSX, server administration, networking and VOIP phone systems. His certifications include Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist.
HappyMac originated when professionals needing Macintosh support sought him out and has grown over the years into a corporation serving the needs of dozens of businesses small and large alike.
As a web application developer, he has developed code responsible for inventory accounting and rebate check fulfillment worth millions of dollars annually. As an interface designer, he has worked on large development teams at Oak Ridge National Labs, Philips Consumer Electronics, IdleAire and many others.
Clint McIntosh
Yes, that's right *McIntosh* is not his middle name, it's his last name.
Clint brings more experience to our skill set. His Apple certifications include Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC), Apple Certified Desktop Technician, Apple Certified Portable Technician, and Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist. Clint knows Macs inside and out, working as Mac Genius at the St Johns Town Center Apple Store in Jacksonville, and as a Mac Engineer at Flagler College in St Augustine, Florida.
He has been known to use, troubleshoot and fix PCs on occasion, but Macs are his specialty. Over the years, he's built Mac networks from scratch, integrated cross-platform networks, trained users and other system administrators, and performed major IT surgery with hardware repairs and upgrades.
A life-long native of Jacksonville, FL, he has been recently married and looks forward to life in Knoxville. He's worked at America Online and Jacksonville University as well, and now he's here as a resource to solve your Macintosh and systems-related IT service and business needs, as part of the HappyMac team.
