We don’t mind if you look over our shoulder or ask us to teach you how to do what we’re doing.
We pride ourselves on having earned the trust of our clients. We protect confidential information as if it were our own. We provide you with all configuration information and passwords we set or collect, because this knowledge is your asset.
We do not stock equipment
There is an inherent conflict of interest when the person you turn to for honest advice maintains an inventory of equipment. We do not let resale margins or stale inventory taint our recommendations. If you are looking for a solution, we will identify what equipment best serves your needs, rank alternatives, explain the differences, and provide you with a list of vendors.
We are resellers for Digium, so we can provide our clients with access to priority support and special pricing, but we are always on the loook out for other/better solutions for our clients.
For parts we resell or special orders you’d rather have us handle, you are charged a flat 10% over our cost as a separate line item on the bill. We make our money as your technical consultant, not as sales people.
We help integrate your systems
No computer is an island and we realize the importance of all of your computer assets working together. Our experience with Macintosh and Windows integration can simplify your workflow.
If your IT department knows everything Windows, but needs a hand with Macintosh, we’re happy to fill in the gaps and optionally teach your staff everything we know.
We only bill for time we work
Some consultants require retainers, subscriptions, and emergency service fees. Not us. We only bill for actual work or travel time and have fixed hourly rates, so you only pay for what you need.
We do everything we can to keep your systems up and running smoothly. We keep abreast of known bugs, industry developments, and do our best to minimize your downtime and maximize our results.
